Every Genzerz™ piece is crafted fresh — no dusty warehouse stock, no mass production.
Your item is made just for you the moment you order, which helps us keep quality high and waste low.
Every Genzerz™ piece is made to order during our pre-sale window. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Production & Processing

Each piece takes about 1–3 business days to be created and prepared for shipment.
Once your order is locked in, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link as soon as it ships.We produce everything on demand to maintain Genzerz’s premium standards — so your gear arrives new, not sitting on a shelf.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours once scanned by the carrier.
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, start by checking your tracking info, neighbors, or local carrier office.

Wrong Address Policy

If an incorrect address is entered and the package returns to us, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
